We had a great experience working with Adam and his team(Lee, Ashley and Emma). To start with I would say Adam makes sure buyers are well aware of the property before start of the auction. This was evident when Adam mentioned about the dual sewage line on the property and also about the overlay which we already knew on the auction day. However, I haven't seen these kind of information been mentioned during most of the auctions and buyers who don't do the due diligence check end up buying something they didn't anticipate. Further, Adam is reachable over the phone for any questions. Incase he is busy he makes sure that he returns the call. Also Adam has great knowledge about the local Vermont market which would help both vendor and potential buyers.
