
Adam Docking
We had a large property which was suitable for development but was somewhat encumbered by access limited via a Body Corporate roadway. Adam introduced a number of developers who were concerned about possible Body Corporate limitations and also Council TP requirements. We were in negotiations with one developer, who wanted untenable settlement conditions, when Adam introduced private buyer, no conditions, settlement 180 days. Adam negotiated on our behalf and we were able to come to an agreement on a price which was close to what the Developer was prepared to pay but on more attractive settlement terms.
