Good result achieved

Adam and Lily are a great team: Professional, courteous with a deep knowledge of the Vermont South market. They set out and implemented the marketing plan, which lead to a sale at auction pretty much according to the expectations they defined. Whilst not achieving well-over reserve like many others in the current market, our result was realistic and so all good.
