Adam was our auctioneer as well (such was our trust in him) and explained the process in detail so that we were aware of everything that was happening both before and throughout the auction itself. Daily communication with us throughout the campaign ensured we were in the loop with everything that was happening. The team has also helped in other matters outside the sale of our house, going above and beyond in providing advice and support on a property management issue, unrelated to the sale. Through this entire process, nothing was too much to ask, right down to providing contacts for trades, or being on the premises to give them access. They even offered to come to us to collect the keys for settlement so we didn’t need to go to them. We could not recommend Adam, Cadence and the team at Ray White Ashgrove, highly enough.
