Adam came over to see my father when he was thinking of selling his unit to admit himself into a retirement village he didn't go ahead with the sale but Adam was very good he kept in touch with both my father and myself . From the minute Adam walked in our home, we were very comfortable with his knowledge and understanding of the real estate market. Everyone was very unsure what price would be achieved in the current market and based on that Adam was able to suggest a fabulous marketing plan, pre-market and what would happen once we got to market, with the hope we wouldn't actually get to that point, to minimize the stresses and time involved whilst the home was for sale. The plan worked to the letter. Adam never showed any concerns that it wouldn't and we trusted him fully. He handled himself with absolute discretion the week before our home was due to be advertised. This particular week we had to be interstate for a serious family emergency, Adam new the delicate nature of which and when he needed to approach us with information and to our surprise it only took one call with the result of a unconditional offer far higher than anybody's expectations. This price was generated by Adam strategically placing groups of purchases in the right place at the right time. And communicating well with us, asking the right questions and scenario's before we left. He was well informed and well prepared. We were looked after from start to finish, many weeks later and after settlement the communication lines still have not stopped. We couldn't recommend Adam's personable approach highly enough.
Even before we decided to go ahead and list our property ,we passed a listing which Adam was standing near ,he was so nice and helpful we new that was the person we wanted for the task of selling and promoting our property,he didn't let us down,he was great ,thanks to Adam and the team at Eview we had the best experience.
