Notwithstanding the pressure which potential purchasers experience when they each are hoping to be the successful buyer, in our case we were very much at ease with the manner in which Adam conducted the process over the two inspections and subsequent negotiations. We feel for the other interested purchaser as it could have just as easily been us on the losing end of this experience. Notwithstanding we might have paid more than we initially planned, it goes without saying that we would not have done this if we did not think the value was there. It is important that we also must congratulate the vendor and in doing so, we recognize how they must feel in achieving a great result, one which far exceeds what they probably thought they might. As for Adam's conduct in this process as the agent, he had our trust which above all, is the most important factor in establishing a successful conclusion between prospective purchasers and finally a purchaser and seller.

Hi I am writing this review because I want to express the experience my family had making a new purchase in Mt Martha. We had sold our property late last year 2016 and have been looking for the right home to continue our family lifestyle. Saturday night while surfing realestate.com I found a house that ticked most of our boxes, but unfortunately we had missed the open for inspection that day. So Sunday morning my wife and I drove to Mt Martha just to do a drive by of the house and get a feel of the area. We parked the car on the esplanade and walked to the house to view the streetscape and houses around. On arrival at the house the agent Adam Dureau was showing another couple through, that were unable to make the Saturday inspection. Adam noticed us looking at the board and asked if we would like to have a walk through, so we accepted. I have dealt with many agents over the past 4 weeks and found Adam to be different. He gave us the information we required on the property without the sales pitch most agents give trying to push for a sale. Adam listened to our requirements of what we needed in a house and stayed in communication at all times to answer any questions we had on the home. At late notice several days later I requested another inspection of the home, and Adam made it happen. This was the inspection we needed to go to Adam and make an offer on the property. Adam came out to our house that evening talking us through the process on a contract and at no stage did we feel pressured by him to increase or sign until we both were comfortable with everything. We have to give credit to Adam the way he conducted himself during the whole process of the sale. First impressions are really important and our first impression was that Adam was genuine and a really nice guy, so we invited him around to discuss the sale of our property.
