Adam was the second agent I dealt with. The first agent was useless. Adam helped me pick up the damage from the first agent and turned it around very successfully. He is very polite and very professional. Very helpful and friendly, making everything easy to handle and go through. My only concern is a miscommunication about the hand over of my house keys at settlement. It cost me and that I was a little disappointed with. However it all worked out in the end and everyone happy.
