I had dealt with quite a few Adelaide real-estate agents in the past 6 months. I would dismiss a lot of properties because of the real-estate agent that were selling them. I would continue to get the same spiel of "there are other offers on the table and I do not want you to miss out so you better get your offer in quick'. I was waiting for this when started negotiations for our house and it was a refreshing surprise when I did not come. I found Adam to be the most open and honest agent I had come across and he made my experience in buying the house exciting. We negotiated for the house during wild weather and black outs and despite of this he still managed keep me up-to-date in a timely fashion about what was happening with our offer and he would also provide feedback on the vendors thoughts about our offer which a lot of the other real-estate agents did not provide.
