Adam helped the reviewer sell this property

rapid and efficient sale

I choose Adam Flynn as my agent for the sale (out of three to whom I spoke) because he communicated the clearest idea of the potential market, and because he had a clear strategy for attracting buyers and negotiating with them. True to his predictions, there was strong interest in my property, and it was sold within a week of putting it on the market. The negotiation strategy produced strong competition between those bidding, and the result was an excellent sale price, well above my expectations. Adam was easy to deal with, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Along with the other staff from his agency, he was able to deliver everything that he promised.
