In my opinion, the whole team of Biggin Scott was magnificent throughout the whole journey and even flexible in arranging the inspection out of normal hours...kudos to the whole team.
We interviewed 3 agents before selecting. They all wanted an additional 10% of any amount over a nominated figure. However, Adam placed that figure quite high which is in the spirit of the (unpopular) concept. Adam certainly showed more optimism towards our hopes. The other agents made us feel like they were reducing our price expectation to gain their 10% bonus at an earlier stage. (It also felt like we wouldn't get anyone's best efforts unless that 10% bonus was involved) Whilst we never made the optimistic figure, we also never felt like Adam's team did anything less than their very best effort. Our result was close to our expectation. Adam conducted our auction like a true professional (& I believe he enjoys that) without additional fees. His team were great to work with.
