Adam was extremely professional and friendly in his service, with fantastic follow up. When it came to the day of moving in, my mothers solicitor, based in Sydney , made a mistake on the settlement day....you can imagine the stress this caused my mum who is 76 years old and sitting out the front of her dream home with a truck full of furniture( not to mention the cat!) and she can't get in...Well it was Adam to the rescue! Adam went way over and above to find a solution to the problem which was caused by our solicitor....he pulled out all stops to find a solution to the debacle and after 4 hours of negotiations he resolved the situation. We are so grateful he took charge and my mother was so very appreciative of the help he offered when she was so stressed and didn't know what to do. I cannot rate Adam highly enough... he acted like a professional through all stages of the purchase and like a wonderful caring person when our problem occurred.
