Would like to thank Adam and the team for their continuous support in getting the sale. I do believe that it's not always about what the market is doing if a house worth it's price. Just think sometimes it's about finding the right person that suits the property. We all know and would like quick sales but sometimes this is not the case. We first placed the property 20k above to see what was out there and then brought it back to where I know where the property was worth 450k. I know Adam you said you could sell the property around the 430k all day, but that would have been selling the property short. Sometimes need to have a little more faith knowing what the property is worth and not following the market or what buyers think they know what it's worth as we know everyone is an expert.
