Although I met Adam when inspecting another property, Adam was on leave during the negotiations for the Little St property. This was handled by Adam's very capable assistant, Sue. Sue promptly took our offer to the vendor and was quick to provide feed-back, allowing negotiations to proceed apace. This allowed an agreed purchase price to be reached without drama and contracts were exchanged within a matter of days. Sue was very efficient in her handling of the documentation and during the two inspections of this unit, Sue made sensible and useful comment regarding the property.
