To many people selling a house, a real estate agent is a necessary evil. Our recent experience is the total opposite of this view. We met Adam and Miranda as they door-knocked in our area. Despite a ten year relationship with another agent, we were immediately impressed by their enthusiasm, local area knowledge and professionalism. On this basis we gave them our listing. Adam suggested a short selling campaign of three weeks and then an auction. The house was prepared and then a team arrived to take photographs, create a house plan and to prepare some marketing text - a very professional project.
