Russell went out of his way to help us with buying this house, from multiple additional opportunities to view the property, to driving to us late at night to do paperwork. The team was very helpful and weren't fazed by our curve balls during the process. Highly recommended. The only hiccup was that we were told we could use the same solicitor as the seller, which is hindsight isn't true, but it was all sorted out in the end.
