Bianca was the main sales person we dealt with. Bianca was able to guide us through the buying process by getting us over any obstacles as they came up. As a sales person she was an enabler. We felt a little pressure with increasing our offer. Property advertised as 'offers over $550k' we paid 20k more than this which I feel was a bit much. I was a little miffed with Adam visiting late at night for signatures. We did however get a home in an area we desired. Staging the home was a BIG issue. We were not prepared for the filth that we found when the previous people moved out. It's a chance we took and 4 months down the track have only just got the home to a livable standard. They were pigs to say the least. I'm surprised they all don't have respiratory disease from the amount of mould in the house. Very sad when we had to pay $20k more than we wanted and more since to get it livable.
