Bianca was very helpful and attentive. As we were buying from Sydney Bianca got extra photos and got answers to my many questions from the sellers and very promptly. The 3D tour that they included in the advertisement was particularly useful to us. When we finally got to travel up and see the house it was exactly as we expected. There were no surprises.
