Adam’s overall real estate skills rate well, however a better understanding about conducting sales in the retirement village sector is required. A higher sale price reduces the final return to the seller, and this was not explained when the sale price was set. What began as a positive experience for us became a frustrating and disappointing outcome. It was not a good look for Southern Cross or the Agent when it became clear they benefitted in the higher sale price yet the seller was financially penalised.

Adam was very knowledgeable and had all the information that we needed to be able to achieve the price for my Mother’s Villa. He was professional at all times and answered any concerns that we had along the way. He always returned phone calls promptly and this made the process less stressful.

From my first enquiry through to my decision to buy, Adam was always available to provide information and assistance. With each step, his knowledge, communication and preparedness to visit the village yet again, led me to a what I believe is a very successful outcome.
