Adam appeared friendly and was not pushy at all. He answered questions of a general nature fairly well but was lacking in questions of a technical nature, eg the R rating of the insulation in the roof space and how the power is billed to the residents.
Selling my mother's villa at Southern Cross Village in Success was a process I was not looking forward to. Right from the start I was put at ease at my first meeting with Adam. He was organised, explained the process fully to me, and had all paperwork ready to go. Once we signed the Paperwork for the Agent to act for us in the Sale of the said Unit, it took 3months to appear on their website, and from there communication as to the sale progress was very poor. It was up to me to follow Adam up with any updated information/progress. I feel that Adam should have been communicating with me more frequently, than the quarterly email. Considering Southern Cross Realty, has the exclusive selling opportunity, and charging the family 2.5% commission rate. The unit took 12 months to sell, The costs incurred by the sale, as to retention charged by Southern Cross (25%) in todays market is quite excessive. with the family having to pay Refurbishment costs in excess of $11,000. (which when my mum moved in nothing was refurbished for her) I would not recommend Southern Cross realty to anyone. Upon settlement monies for the sale which was the 24th Oct, funds were delayed as the buyer was at fault, and not received by us until 2 days after the settlement date.
I would reccommend Adam Green,to anyone who would like to move to the village,he was extremely helpfull, very professional in the selling market,plus he easy to deal with.i would reccommend him to anyone who is interested in buying inthis village very happy L Zuideveld,

I was the executor of my mother’s estate, responsible for the sale of her home which was emotionally challenging at times, it helped though that I felt Adam had empathy and a genuine desire to assist. Through the entire process of the sale Adam was a true professional, he was always available to discuss the process and any concerns we had and kept us up to date with relevant information and progress.
Did our research, then Mandy at the Shelley Village and felt we were a bit young for there. Asked about Success and felt the name alone delivered 100%. Mandy was delightful, walking us through every phase and we asked tricky questions she deferred to Adam. The whole team, Mandy Adam and Alison are worth their weight in gold.
