From the initial meeting with Adam and Lincon we knew we were in safe hands for the preparation, marketing and auction of our home. The team worked cohesively under the professional guidance of Adam and all aspects of the sale ran smoothly and to our satisfaction. The assistance we received in preparing the house was a real bonus as trades were made available to us in a timely manner. The coordination between us and Adam and the people working on the house was seamless and nothing was too much trouble, despite the tight timeline we set ourselves. The photos and videos of the house were stunning and the final product was very eye catching. The web presentation was amazing and the brochures were high quality. Plenty of staff were present during all open homes and the addition of a coffee van and mocktails created a special feel for people attending. Adam provided comprehensive feedback after each open home and then contacted us again after he had called all the buyers over the following days. Several private inspections were also hosted by Adam and he did all the preliminary work and then locked the house securely after the inspection. Whenever we needed to contact Adam, he was always available and was able to assist us to our satisfaction. The auction day was always going to be stressful for us, but Adam and Dave the auctioneer performed admirably and were able to achieve an amazing result and a new record price for Glen Alpine. Adam , from the first minute we met him at the first inspection he made us feel welcome and relaxed . He was assisted by Mitch who was also very professional and helpful during our buying process. Our Vendor wasn’t helpful in any way or forthcoming with information so Adam was our main contact chasing that info. He was always professional, polite and supportive in what became frustrating negotiations with the Vendor and in fact their solicitor so without Adams support , open communications and honesty the purchase may not have happened .
