We couldn’t be happier with the service we received when purchasing our new home. Our agent Andrew Valciukas was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process. He was incredibly patient, professional and always communicated clearly. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and he kept us informed every step of the way. Documents were sent through promptly, questions were answered without hesitation, and we always felt like we were in safe hands. What really stood out to us was that he was a man of his word. If he said he was going to do something or call us back, he always did. That level of reliability and honesty made the whole experience so much easier and less stressful. We would 100% recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a property, and we would absolutely use him again ourselves in the future. Thank you for making what can be a stressful process such a positive experience.

I have recently purchased and leased out a property through Andrew and Erin at First National. Main difference between Andrew and some others is transparency and honesty through the journey. They will not promise you expectations that cannot be reasonably delivered. As a buyer you could sense Andrew's genuine care for his vendor whilst trying to work with me as a buyer in a tough market.
