We purchased this lovely unit and couldn't be happier. Both Adam Moore and his associate Mark Skeens bent over backwards to assist me prior to purchase. They never complained once, about my many many phone calls, or requests to see the property outside of "Inspection Times". In fact I was away for the first 2 weeks of the campaign, and Mark went around the unit and sent me a video. As I was away, timing was tight and both agents supported me in gaining all the information I needed, pre-empting my needs, and sending information to be about strata inspections, strata reports, contacts at the block of unit to talk to, liaising with the vendor, and providing building plans to name but a few things they did to facilitate me with everything I needed to be able to bid at auction. In addition, they provided additional information to support a bank application for pre-approval in a very timely manner due to our only seeing the unit ONE week before the auction. Being unfamiliar and not very confident with the auction process, Adam was very supportive both prior and during the auction. Providing advice and a bit of humour to ease our nerves. Adam in the post purchase excitement was so supportive, and we were very excited to be told we were receiving a Lecker Amsterdam style bike, which we weren't even aware of prior to auction as a gift from Adam. Further, we said we would be using the unit due to its proximity to the beach for the christmas holidays and Adam even went as far as to offer to lend us furniture. I truely do feel like I have an instant family with these two agents. I have spoken to both of them several times since the purchase, and I feel I have made two new friends. Thank you.
