Adam was responsible for selling our family home, on Water Street Hornsby. Adam was very transparent from the get go. The fees, services and people on the job were clearly outlined. Once the parameters of the sale were set, Adam and his professional team went about doing their job. At not point did he come back to us with excuses, he persisted in the jointly set and agreed upon parameters and got the job done! Adam was kind and honoured our house rules during inspections. Adam did everything he said he would and everything I expected (which from my experience is unfortunately quite unusual for a Real estate agent). He estimated the price well, organized furnishing, opened it 2-3 times a week plus private inspections, he kept me informed of what was going on, who had visited, their comments on the property, and sold it reasonably quickly. Any issue that came up he addressed. If I was selling in the Hornsby area again I wouldn't hesitate to as Adam to sell for me.
