Adam helped us sell our apartment in a short time with a great outcome. He knows the market very well and helped us set the right expectations while diligently managing the selling process. It was great working with Adam and recommend him to anyone looking to sell their property.
Adam has been very professional and transparent in his dealing with me. Ke gave regular customer and market feedback around the properties selling in similar markets and never hesitated to answer any questions about the current market price and demand.
We are so thankful to have met Adam who was professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We felt that he was genuine and actually cared about his clients compared to other realestate agents who are simply looking for profit. He was able to sell our property really quickly and we were kept in the loop the whole time so we knew exactly what was happening. Adam was also very prompt in answering all our queries. We can’t recommend Adam and his team enough!
Adam Noakes and his team were supportive and wonderful during the entire sale process. Adam was professional, competent, accommodating, and wonderful to work with. Adam constantly kept updating us on what had been happening, and provided good advice. We highly recommend the services of Adam and his great team.
We were extremely comfortable with letting and selling with Adam and team. Highly enthusiastic, friendly, professional, well informed, updates maintained throughout the transactions. Our apartment was on the market for a week and sold, frankly it happened so quickly, it was almost hard to let go. We highly recommend Adam who is a honest and competent agent, a pleasure to work with.
Adam's team has been great throughout the whole marketing campaign. It is a pleasure to work with him and his team from the start to have the property prepared for sale until the settlement. He is helpful, honest and very reliable. Thanks again for helping us to sell our property in this challenging market!
Adam Noakes was engaged to sell our property whilst I was looking to buy too. The market situation was tough in the midst of Covid, where interest rates had plummeted few times and buyers were fearful and cautious. Despite the tough situation times, Adam sold our property with a pleasing outcome quite soon. He is an effective communicator and negotiator with strong market knowledge and experience. He is approachable, prompt in his dealings and kept the interest of his client in focus throughout the campaign. I found him to be ethical and a person with integrity. I would be pleased to recommend Adam Noakes to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. He has lived up to my expectation of the no 1 agent in the business.
Adam, along with Jason helped my mum sell her long time home to downsize. Their time and efforts were very much appreciated, they were never pushy, and took ample time to explain the process to both of us (one in English and again in Chinese), not once were they impatient or made us feel rushed. Thank you for helping my mum and for getting a good result in this market.
Adam and Steve sold our house this year and the process has been seamless. I would recommend him to whoever wants to get the best outcome with minimal stress.
I always felt Adam and his team went that extra mile to get the very best result for me. I’d definitely use Adam again.
