We saw the property advertised only a week before auction. Adam arranged three inspections before auction day and negotiated certain terms for us with the vendor if we were successful. After the auction Adam continued to assist us in communication with the vendor and arranged another inspection on our behalf prior to settlement. It is rare to find an agent who continues to be of assistance after a contract is negotiated. Adam was extremely obliging. I would recommend him.
