Whether at boarding school, university or the first years of a career working up the ranks at an ASX-100-listed company, Adam was smitten with the multitude of natural assets in the Noosa Shire, heading from Brisbane to the family home most weekends and holidays. Time for fresh salty air, a run or walk in the Noosa National Park, a surf at First point or Little Cove, and breakfast in Hastings Street or Gympie Terrace.
Adam held diverse roles in the company, including corporate development, capital markets and commercial advisory, culminating in a move to its head office in Sydney. From there, Adam moved into investment banking. During his career, Adam played a pivotal role in financing, acquisition and divestment transactions in excess of US$10 billion.
Five years after moving to Sydney he, and architect wife Madeleine, decided to swap the heady fast-paced capital city environment, for Noosa’s idyllic lifestyle, sub-tropical climate, proximity to numerous beaches and waterways, surfing, swimming, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding.
The magnetism of Tom Offermann Real Estate was always totally infectious and with a finely-tuned business background developed over a decade, Adam knew the time was right, offering a multitude of value-added skills to the property buying and selling processes. His insights gained over years of navigating the intricate world of finance, are contributors to the success of every deal.
“I'm motivated by the immense and exciting opportunity in real estate,” comments Adam, who holds a Bachelor of Business majoring in Finance from the Queensland University of Technology and has been a CFA Charterholder since 2018.
“The reason vendors entrust me with the sale of their property is we have a finely-tuned system built over three decades, the results speaking for themselves. Our company lists and sells more than our four next closest competitors combined. And you also don’t just get me. There are 23 agents all looking at each property working out how it would best suit their clients, also drawing on a huge database.”

Adam and Madeleine love the many great restaurants in Noosa and enjoy showing their friends from interstate and overseas, what this beautiful place has to offer. They are also designing and building their future home in Peregian Beach. And for Adam, it’s training and competing in his first ever Noosa Triathlon.
