I bought a property through Adam in the past, and when I decided to sell, Adam was the only agent I trusted to put my best interests first. When he sold the property I was overseas. Adam was briliant and did not faulter, even when we encountered some issues due to my being in a foreign country at the time. Paperwork needing to be witnessed by the appropriate person is not as easy overseas as it is in Australia. Being in a country where English is the not the spoken language, all documents which needed legal witnessing had to be translated first, legally. Then having them witnessed, taking a bilingual solicitor (even though I speak the language well, legal terms are beyond my knowledge at this stage), having to mail the original documents back to Australia. All of this takes time (a lot more than usual). Adam went above and beyond to ensure that all parties knew the situation and to ensure them that all is well. He is upfront and honest, and that is an amazing trait to find in an agent, and he got me the best price for the property. He is the best of the best as far as I'm concerned. I would recommend Adam to anyone wanting to buy or sell property, and I personally will never use anyone but Adam should I need to buy or sell in the future.

I first contacted Adam about a property at Mt Warren Park I had seen advertised. Within a day or two Adam had arranged for an inspection. A couple of days after the inspection he calledand asked what I thought. I said I didn’t want it. He asked a few questions about what I was after and a couple of days later called about another house that he thought would suit. I bought it. I found Adam to be knowledgeable on the area. He wasn’t pushy or trying to “sell’ too hard. He even helped me move my lounge in when he dropped off the keys!
