We met Adam at an open home we attended, we had a chat and told him what exactly we were looking for. Adam then contacted us with a home that was going to market but thought it would suit us and let us know ASAP. The house was perfect and so we straight away listed our own home with Adam to sell and he sold it in a day!!! We didn't have to go to market or have any open homes! One inspection was all it took, so the same day we were able to make an offer on the house he found us and it was all done! After purchasing a property before we put our house on the market I asked Adam to keep an eye out for anyone that may be interested in purchasing our home before we were ready to go to market. Adam had a person straight away, they were through the house within a week and we had a contract withing 2 weeks. Adam negotiated with the purchasers so all parties were extremely happy. Adam's knowledge of the market is outstanding and obviously has a very good database to go to, especially in these situations. Without having to go to market obviously made us save on advertising, but either way we would never look past Adam even if we did go to market. Adam is extremely profesional and the whole process was very smooth and hassle free - we all know selling and purchasing can be a stressful time, but not with Adam.
