Well we decide it was time to sell our house, we had a few realestate agents around and they all seemed lovely but then after asking other peoples experiences there was so many saying once you sign up they have little to do with you and get very pushy after a week for you to drop there recommend price. We really had no idea on what to do next so I rang an internet agency and they had given us the top 3 for our area and going on reviews, selling power and achieving goals Adam was in the top 3 so we gave him a call. I was very impressed when meeting him and listening to his selling strategies, his knowledge on the current market, his advice on little things we could do to the house to achieve the best price for our home. The Fees were also cheaper than the other 2 we had previously. When I told him we are abit stuck for time to get the house on the market when we would like he said he would get someone round to take care of our gardens to free up our time, so we decided yes lets give him a try because unlike many Adam was willing to go the extra mile to show his dediction in being our agent. In the selling process Adam always answered our calls and we were never waiting around to here how things were going, Was very approachable and super friendly. With wonderful preparation in the coming weeks before we went to market Adam managed to sell our home of 14 years the day we officially went on the market for our full asking price :). Being he was exceptionally motivated he had achieved our ultimate goal and made the process one stress free for us, Even after our house has sold he still keeps us in the loop on the process.
