Adam has proven to be a great asset in the process to sell our first home in Canada Bay. He was part of the process back when we were considering renovating to sell, assisting us to identify the best places to spend our time and money. Then once we finished renovating happily talked us through our options in terms of timing (we were coming close to the end of the year), and then walked us through the considerations for auction versus out right sale. He provided us with key market messages we could watch out for that would then determine whether we would take an early offer or continue to auction, so that when the actual situation occurred we already had our head around how we felt we would respond. This therefore meant much of the uncertainty and fear of selling was taken away and it all ended up simply being down to who was interested. In the end he got us the price we were hoping for, and found a buyer that we know will enjoy the lovely lifestyle we have built for them. I would not hesitate to recommend Adam to anyone in the Five Dock general area as he thoroughly understands both the local buyer and those new to the area and is lovely to deal with.

I have asked my friend to help me write this review for Adam. I am over 80 years old and I wanted to sell my home didn't know where to start. I was almost convinced to sell privately by one of my neighbours until Adam advised me that my home was worth more than what had been offered. Adam advised me I could possibly obtain at least $200,000 more than what an individual had offered me. He didn't let me down,. He explained that the market would determine the value of my home and in this case the best way was to take it to auction. It actually sold before Auction and my home achieved $300,000 more than what I almost sold for. Thank goodness for Adam I will be forever grateful to him. My home was my biggest asset and being on the pension, I really needed to achieve its true worth. Adam was frank and honest and went well above what I expected of an Agent, He helped me with getting all the information to and from my solicitor to get all the paper work sorted out, and even arranged someone help me clear the home prior to settlement. Being an elderly gentlemen, and on my own, it was so nice to have someone go to bat for me at a critical and what would have been even more stressful if I dint have Adam on my team.
