If you are looking for an agent who is a genuinely nice guy and fantastic to deal with, look no further than Adam Scott from Coronis at Coorparoo. Adam helped my wife and I purchase our 'dream home' in Carindale. He was passionate about the property and the area. He was available to discuss the property and open it numerous times for us, all without fuss and always with a big smile. Adam is professional and very knowledgeable of the processes involved in purchasing a house. Being from Sydney, my wife and I were unfamiliar with the procedures of purchasing property in Queensland, but Adam explained every nuance in the system and made us feel confident throughout the process. He even made time out of work hours to come by and discuss the purchase with us. He is an agent you can trust and if I was to buy or sell any property in Queensland again, Adam would be the first person I would call.

Would happily deal with Adam again

Adam approached me some time ago to market my properties. I told him I wasn't selling at that point in time but advised him when I would be. He didn't bother me from then until the time I advised him. He came with a very positive approach and explained in real terms where the market was at and how he would handle the marketing. We negotiated a fee and he handled it from there. With interest building in the property, Adam negotiated with buyers until he got the last dollar he could for the property. He kept me informed throughout and eventually the property was under contract, with an amount ending in 221 dollars. That's getting every dollar on offer!!! Great work Adam. He now has another property of mine to sell and has picked up another of a friend of mine who has had problems with another agent!

I would simply say, to go from "Hi my name is Adam" to "congratulations we have signed a buyer" in 3 weeks!, should be enough to convince anyone that this guy knows his business and you can trust him to make the right call for your sale. Adam is extremely personable, respectful and very tall, lol. He is intuitive and a razor sharp negotiator, a huge asset when selling. We liked him as a seller, and I can honestly say the buyers would have been putty in his hands as well. Extremely stress free process when working through this guy - good luck with your sale
