When we decided to list our property in Carindale for sale, we were confronted with the task of selecting an agent with whom we felt comfortable and could trust with the intricacies of selling. We wanted to enjoy our selling experience and hoped he would too. Having engaged Adam as our agent, he proceeded to implement his plan. While doing so, he kept us informed regularly of the process underway. Within a couple of days he informed us of a very credible offer. We encouraged him to proceed to “open house’ as planned. Just six days after listing, Adam had successfully obtained several offers. He had the natural ability and talent to communicate with both buyers and sellers, successfully retaining the confidence of all potential buyers. Not only did Adam realize a very satisfactory price for us within six days but he was very persistent with “back up” contracts should the original buyers default. This was very reassuring. Fortunately, Adam’s initial judgement was correct and our sale reached a very satisfactory conclusion. We were delighted. The buyers (whom we met) were ecstatic and Adam was deservedly glowing with pride but as humble as ever.
