Adam Smith

I recently had Adam Smith from DCK as the selling agent for my unit at Bendigo Retirement Village. I found Adam to be friendly but at the same time highly professional in all the meetings and phone calls etc. that we had. Adam spent a lot of time having the unit open for viewing and on one occasion when the Village was having an open day he made himself available for almost the entire day. Adam always kept me “in the loop” with viewing and advertising outcomes. I believe a successful sale was due mainly to Adam’s personal expertise and dedication. I would confidently recommend his services to others.

Adam never ceases to amaze me yet again with exceptional results. He is great with communication and keeping me updated with where things are at, he’s always there to answer any questions anytime. Adam is very friendly helpful agent I would recommend to anyone.

Adam was professional, understood the market and did not give us a non realistic selling price. We were very happy with the outcome and would use Adams expertise in the future.

Adam was really easy to work with he was easy to talk to there were no if’s or but’s his experience in Bendigo’s housing market was easy to notice as soon as he walk in,He knew what he was talking about and he could back up what he was saying. l wouldn’t hesitate to work with Adam again if l were to sell again
