I recently had Adam Smith from DCK as the selling agent for my unit at Bendigo Retirement Village. I found Adam to be friendly but at the same time highly professional in all the meetings and phone calls etc. that we had. Adam spent a lot of time having the unit open for viewing and on one occasion when the Village was having an open day he made himself available for almost the entire day.
