It is the first time we've sold a house and Adam seemed to know exactly how to market it for us. Through every part of the process Adam was in constant contact providing us updates and giving us options and advice on everything. Helping facilitate the rear patio construction and staging furniture for the sale. The sale itself was much faster than we expected. (We'd accepted an offer within a week!) And then through the building inspection phase Adam was still doing the ground work for us in following up on and making all the calls and arrangements to fix up inspection requirements. We ended up with multiple offers within the first week of the house being for sale. At least 3 of which were at our above what we'd hoped for. To sum up, we honestly don't believe we could have had anyone do the job as well as Adam. We have no doubts recommending him.
