Adam was an excellent agent. Our first open home was the first weekend of the Covid19 social restrictions so conditions weren’t ideal, but Adam showed his professionalism and experience and guided the selling process to reach a really good outcome for us.
It wasn't a good time to put our house on the market just before the Covid-19 outbreak when almost everything ground to a stand-still. Adam did everything possible to keep the show on the road even looking at all sorts of alternatives such as 'rent to buy', short term rental etc. As we were selling remotely he kept us up to speed with weekly emails even if there wasn't anything particular to report, however with his perseverance we achieved a sale. I foolishly didn't select Adam first time around. After the first appointed agent couldn't get an offer and very few inspections, Adam had more people through the place in the first week, got 2 offers and a sale for well above the other agent's estimations.
