The more detailed review: To be honest, I have a low opinion of real estate agents. Previous, mostly negative, experiences have shown me what the industry can be like. After my family sold a property through Adam Stefan, my trust and faith in Adam as a person of integrity and professionalism in this industry is second to none. The whole experience from start to finish was made easier by Adam's advice and calmness under pressure... There were hurdles to overcome by factors we couldn't control and there were plenty of them! Our first offer was not good - and Adam's strong knowledge of the market knew this and he didn't pressure us to take it if we didn't want to, so we didn't. Adam elicited more offers that were more in the range of what the property was worth and went from there to finalise the sale. Adam worked WITH us, not just for us. He went out of his way to smooth over the things that cropped up to get to settlement, always contactable and with options to keep going forward with the sale. This was the most difficult sale I have experienced but Adam made it bearable and I am blown away with the level of service from him. Get him.
From Adam's first presentation I knew we had someone who was very professional in his written and verbal approaches. He was very knowledgeable about the different methods we could use to sell the house and were very happy with his recommendations. Adam is extremely hardworking and his tireless days of open houses left me in awe of both his determination and his professionalism. He always gave regular feedback on the state of our situation . His negotional skills were self evident in his dealngs with buyers and i cannot fault Adam in any way. An excellent real estate agent.

One word of advice- if you plan to buy in the area- get to know Adam. I first met Adam months before I finally bought, at an open house for a townhouse in Stafford. Right from this first meeting Adam was willing to spend time with me to discuss what I wanted in a potential property. I then met him at another property a couple of months later at another property, which unfortunately also did not meet my needs. At this time, through a number of conversations Adam clarified what I felt my needs were and the price I wanted to spend. A short time later, Adam approached me a potential property, that was “off-market” but the owner had expressed interest in selling. Even though this property was occupied by tenants, Adam worked closely with me to get me access to the unit to see if it would meet my needs- he was right it did. Adam guided me through the process of evaluating this property as a potential purchase, with very realistic estimates of what would need to be done to it, and the amount of money I would need to spend to do so. I had seen other properties in the complex that Adam had sold earlier in the year so I knew what could be done with this one to bring it up to the standard I required. In this process I felt he was very professional in being true to his vendor as well as myself as a potential purchaser. Once I had signed the contract, his assistance did not stop there- guiding me to find good quality tradespeople who could make the property into what I wanted it to be, in the time span I needed it to be done in as I needed to be able to move in as I had sold my own property very shortly after taking it to market. So if you want to buy in this area- find the time to let Adam get to know you and your needs as he will work with you to make a purchase possible. Thanks Adam.

Adam provided excellent service - he stayed in contact (without being pushy) while I was deciding whether or not to sell my unit. Adam provided regular market updates, and his estimates of success for achieving a sale appeared to be realistic. Adam was able to sell the unit within 1 week of having it advertised, and (in a fairly competitive market) was able to negotiate a sale price that I was happy with. As I'm interstate, he has also been extremely helpful with recommending & coordinating cleaners, photographers & even allowing access to other contractors. I was expecting a very difficult process and Adam has made selling my unit a breeze.
