After driving from Tweed Heads to take a look at Old Bar I called into the LJ Hooker office after seeing an interesting property online which I was keen to look at. Despite my old shorts and t-shirt Adam arranged an inspection for the following day. Adam had good knowledge of the property during the inspection then after worked with the vendor and I to agree on a price and settlement. I had planned to sell in Sydney before buying in Old Bar however the property is a perfect fit and quite lovely.

He was happy with and recommended we seek second opinions on any advice he gave. We did and found his advice to be sound. Adam provided several practical options and explained all simply enough for us to understand.
