Adam was outstanding as an agent who was fully interested in maximising the result for his vendors. As purchasers, we found his communication excellent and his negotiation skills firm but fair. This was no quick drop of the price sale! If we were to sell we would engage Adam in the process.

From day one Adam was up front, pleasant, professional and exceptionally easy to deal with. Feedback was there within the hour of people looking and never did I have to phone to ask how things went. I wouldn't go past Adam if selling again in the future.

I can not fault Adam and the team at LJ Hooker Old Bar for there service from start to finish. We bought our house through Adam, LJ Hooker Old Bar also managed our property as a holiday rental and then we sold through Adam without any having it officially on the market for an outstanding price. Negotiations were easy, settlement process was easy and communication was always open.

We had a very poor start which Adam is aware of. The process of on boarding the property marketing was riddled with errors which showed fractures within the team. In our first month we thought we had gone horribly wrong with our choice of agent. I would also add that we had initially sourced ljhooker as Mel was highly spoken about by the local community. She worked hard in that first month but was clearly on a different wave length to the team. To Adam' s credit he worked towards a positive resolution. Whilst the result is below our initial expectations, we have grown to trust and respect Adam's capabilities.

He manage to save me 10 thousand on my first home which is always a plus i also purchase my 2nd residence though Adam so its no suprise i would also listed my property for sale with Adam that property sold on the first viewing and i am over the moon with the resualt I choose Adam Because i know and trust him his opinion and his knowledge of the local market is honest and reliable. Iv always found Adam to be open and professional on the business front but personally he comes into his own. A family man with a true sense of town spirt he loves his town and the locals that reside in it. this shows thpugh everytime you see Adam he always has a moment to say hello regardless of who you are. He has a welcoming and warm nature and is always willing lend a hand from helping an elderly cross the road to popping in for a catch up just to see how your settling in. After buying our property from Adam over a year ago when it was time to sell the same property we sought out Adam to list it. We like how friendly and happy he is and how he always kept us informed with how everything was going both times.
