Professional, courteous, diligent and enthusiastic. I was very pleased I chose Vernon Partners to sell my property, at all times they were focused, they pursued every potential buyer and my final sold price was above expectation. I would not hesitate in recommending them to sell your property.

Adam and Shelly have been fantastic throughout the campaign and sale of our house. Adam is an excellent communicator, realistic with his pricing, and dedicated to his clients. It is no wonder that the business is going from strength to strength, we would have no hesitation in recommending Vernon Partners to any potential customers.

Adam & Mitch did an amazing job selling my property in Mosman. They worked tirelessly on the sale and just never gave up! They are a very talented, professional & experienced team who present well, courteous and are capable of dealing with any testing folk.... I found it reassuring to know the sale of my property was in such excellent hands & would certainly use them again if I were to sell in my property in the future...Mrs. Valerie Cope

Adam Vernon and his team gave outstanding service and market insights throughout the entire sales process from the initial agent selection interview through to negotiating a sale price, which exceeded our expectations. He was accessible and communicative at each stage providing in depth market analysis so we were kept completely informed of offers and buyer intentions. I would recommend without any hesitation using Adam to my family and friends.

I was very happy with Adam, he was honest and informative throughout the process. I am happy to recommend Adam.

As a first time homebuyer I was quite stressed and a bit unsure of processes especially in a competitive market like Sydney but Adam put me at ease! From the first inspection he was very friendly and accommodating to my questions and understood where I was at in terms of a buyer. Even with the negotiations he worked with me even though I was the buyer and not the seller. I would certainly recommend him to anyone who is selling but also to those who are buying as he is quite knowledgeable and wants to help! Thank you so much Adam! Keep up the good work.

We unfortunately had to sell my Mother's home. Adam was great with his local market knowledge and sales strategy for the property. He was in touch with the progress every step of the way. He was always realistic with us and gave constructive feedback for the property preparation every step of the way. He got us a really great sales result which matched our best expectation for the property. We really appreciated his help.

I had many good conversations with Adam and he helped me through the process as a buyer and was always a pleasure to deal with. Post negotiation visits to the apartment were arranged painlessly and at all times Adam was courteous and professional and knowledgeable.

In short I have had dealings with Adam for about 7 years and have always found him to be honest and upfront, extremely good at communication without being pushy, and eternally upbeat. He is clearly dedicated to building a quality agency and treats all his clients as valued assets. I met Adam in 2010 while I was renovating my house on Spit Rd. He struck me at the time as a person with a genuine interest in people, not just their real estate. At the time Adam introduced us to a rental agent and we rented our property out with that agent for several years. During that time I had occasion to sell some property in Kirribilli as the executor of a deceased estate and went straight to Adam. He was a great choice and we realised a very good price at auction which pleased all beneficiaries. When our rental agent stopped meeting our expectations we moved the rental account to Adams agency Vernon Partners where it remains to this day. More recently we sold two adjoining properties in Spit Rd as a development opportunity. This time, due to the very high numbers involved we interviewed several local agents. All of whom were very convincing. In the end we went with Vernon Partners as our agent because I knew Adam to be honest, unreservedly positive and I knew that I could walk away assured that everything had been done to obtain the best price possible. I would not hesitate to use Vernon Partners again.

Adam was most professional throughout the entire sales campaign and the auction process. The level of communication was exceptional, and even though we have bought and sold many properties over the years, Adam assisted us through a stressful time. Adam and his team made the entire sales process quick and easy!

Adam and his team where outstanding in all aspects of the selling of my home. Great knowledge of the area and markets. Would highly recommend their service in selling or buying your home.
