Adam and Shelley did a fantastic job of selling my home in Mosman. Adam looked after the sale of house whilst I was living in another country. Because of this I was worried that distance would provide a barrier to me knowing what was going on and if any small repairs needed to be done to achieve the best price. When it came to selling our property we immediately thought of Adam and Shelley. We had bought the property from them, we had a good experience at that time and so it seemed the natural choice. Adam and Shelley came to see us and gave us a sensible estimate of sales price which we were happy with. Our preference was to sell quietly at first, without a full campaign, and Adam and Shelley told us they had plenty of good buyers in their database. They organised the open home and got 15 buyers through from the data base. This lead to 3 different offers straight away.
