Although we did not have a lot to do with Adam given that we only had a three day turnaround from first inspection to sale, all of our dealings with Adam were very professional and pleasant. I engaged Adam to sell my rental property in Neutral Bay whilst living in Perth. I haven’t met Adam in person so interviewed him over the phone numerous times. Adam was competing for my business against the top agents (by volume) in Mosman and Neutral Bay; I ultimately chose Adam due to his approach, negotiating ability and clear determination to get me the best price. My property also needed a personal touch in order to make it as presentable.
