It's might be bit strange for a buyer to praise the sellers agent, but Adam Vernon is quite unlike any agent we've dealt with before (and we've been involved in over 20 property transactions). Somehow Adam managed to get a very good outcome for the vendor and yet we felt very satisfied with the purchase. Why is that? Adam is intelligent, attentive, personable and very focused. He could never do enough to ensure that we were well informed and that the transaction kept progressing. It was a refreshing change.
