Adam and his team were very professional during the sale of my apartment. They kept me up to date through every step of the process. I always felt supported by the team. They provided market insights to set a realistic expectation of my sale price and tapped into their network to increase the number of interested buyers who viewed the property. I was very happy with the final sale price. I would 100% recommend Adam and Vernon Partners.

Adam and his team were very professional and friendly both during the exchange and also afterwards in providing guidance post-settlement, which I appreciate very much.

Despite challenging market conditions, Adam helped me getting the best possible outcome.

Adam, supported by Will Mancy and the team at Vernon Partners, is a great agent with an intimate knowledge of the Mosman and lower north shore property market. He walked us through every step of the sales process, articulated a compelling strategy, and arranged all aspects of the sale, including styling, marketing, photography and surveys. After managing viewing with an amazing volume of group traffic, he secured an excellent price for our property pre-auction in the end-of-year market, and kept us updated at all times, often well outside of regular business hours. I highly recommend using Adam and Vernon Partners for the sale of your property.

We purchased our recent property from Adam. He was always available to answer questions and provided quick and accurate information. His team were very helpful throughout the process and post settlement. Adam was consistent and fair to deal with from a buying perspective.

Thank you so much to Adam and Will. It was quick and very professional to go through our entire purchase process. Thanks again.

The most important decisions before placing our property on the market was the selection of the "right" Real Estate Agent. So many to choose from, all with a compelling point of difference. It was evident from the very 1st meeting with Adam that Vernon Partners understood our circumstance, knew the broader market and most importunately demonstrated a genuine commitment to the project. Real time communication, guidance during negotiation and execution of sale were handled with a caring touch and most professionally. I have every confidence in recommending Adam and the team at Vernon Partners as your 1st choice Real Estate Agent.

Adam Vernon is quite simply the best real estate agent I’ve ever met, let alone worked with - his team is exceptional and I cannot rate his service higher!

I engaged Adam to sell my house. He provided regularly updates during the process and made managing a stressful situation much easier. I am impressed with Adam’s integrity, honesty and, most importantly, he negotiated a great price.

Recently Adam Vernon sold my house in Balmoral and did an amazing job. These are the qualities that I believe would describe Adam and his team. Honesty and integrity he delivered .The price he achieved was excellent. Persistence - he never came up with excuses . Knowledge of the market was outstanding.I would highly recommend Adam and the team at Vernon Partners and I would never use anybody else!

We have know Adam for a number of years and have used his advice on guidance on the potential purchase of a number of properties. We have found Adam very knowledgeable and ethical in his dealings. He is also heavily involved in the Community and supports many local community organisations.
