Sale of Spit Road Apartment

Adam approached me to see if I was interested in selling my apartment after a buyer had missed out out on another apartment in the building. I was a bit of a reluctant seller but Adam was very reassuring and informed and got me a very decent price that both myself as a seller and the buyer were very happy with. I was a first time seller and believe it is often much more stressful and complicated than with my experience with Adam. He also assisted in getting me a fabulous rental property through Vernon's for the interim. I would recommend him highly to others and will use him for any upcoming buying or selling I may have in the future.
