Adam gave me correct pricing advice and achieved a great price in difficult market conditions.

As this testimonial attests, Adam proved to me his expertise in every facet of real estate and achieved the highest price at the lowest cost- saving me from myself. Had I accepted Adam’s advice from the beginning then I would have sold my apartment at the top price much sooner than I did. Adam advised improvements to increase the value and attractiveness of my apartment and steered me clear of expensive changes that would not. He then arranged and supervised all works making life easy for me. Purchasers were very positive about the changes he had recommended. Adam advised me of the range of acceptable offers and of the top offer I could expect and kept me promptly and fully informed of all interest and offers made and advised me how I should respond. Initially, I thought I knew the market and did not accept Adam’s pricing advice. I instructed him to make offers higher than he had advised. Adam tried his best to alter my view, but I did not accept his advice. I rejected several offers which I came to realise had been very good ones which I should have accepted. When Adam achieved an offer at the top of his range advised me to accept and warned me I might lose the sale. I instructed Adam contrary to his advice and lost the sale as he had predicted. Adam was not critical or disheartened. If anything he became more determined, redoubling his efforts . Adam continued to advise me tirelessly and in good humour, to market the property very strongly and to negotiate superbly on my behalf, obtaining many subsequent offers from several potential buyers. After extensive further efforts, Adam obtained an offer identical to the earlier offer I had rejected at the top of the price range. I came to realise that Adam’s advice was correct and that he had in fact obtained the top price - twice! Had I accepted Adam’s sound advice, I would have sold my apartment sooner for the same high price . I would recommend him in a heartbeat.
