Being an overseas purchaser, this was a relatively smooth property purchase. Adam was available outside of of normal business hours and responded in a timely manner to any queries etc that we had. Great support from those working behind the scene at Xceed to ensure various milestones were met.
Adams knowledge was excellent, easy to communicate with and got us a great price well done
Hi there We first met Adam when we rented in Hillarys and this is the reason why we chose Xceed Real Estate for the sale of our property. Adam and Kellie were truly professional, competent, courteous and friendly from start to finish with the sale of our property. It was not an easy sale but they managed every problem with ease and helped us through this difficult time. I would very highly recommend Adam and Kellie to anyone considering selling their home. Kind regards, Derek
Adam is a very friendly and approachable guy. He gave us all the knowledge and tools that we needed to know for the conditions of our offer and guided us through to a successful outcome. We are very pleased to give Adam a high recommendation.
Adam was the only agent that did not have a stack of mates to carry out all the "necessary" repairs to obtain the top price for the property. Adam was able to obtain the top $ for our property by just suggesting some obvious improvements that we were able to carry out ourselves. He organised the sale & auction without a hastle, would use him again if we needed to sell.
Due to our location, (Esperance) Adam was Authentic and honest in his appraisal of our property. Adam was very professional as it was in the height of Covid 19 and there was changes that happened in the market place. Thank you Adam
Adams knowledge was vast and he answered all the questions we had with ease
We cannot thank Adam enough for his exceptional patience, communication, professionalism, advice and recommendations for helping us to find and purchase our dream home smoothly without any hiccups. We can not recommend Adam highly enough.
Thanks Adam & Kellie for assisting me with the purchase of my fantastic new home!!! Thank you for your guidance, knowledge and patience to arrange multiple simultaneous transactions. Kellie, thanks for arranging all the little extras to the property. Adam your professionalism, organisation and excellent customer service made for a pleasant home buying experience. I highly recommend Adam for all your real estate needs.
We purchased a property for my elderly dad in 2019 from Adam. We then listed my dads house with Adam. The thought, care, consideration, professionalism and absolute commitment Adam had to the sale of my dads home and the support of him through the move from the family home went way above and beyond what we would ever had expected. I knew Adam would be able to sell my dads house because he is the kind of person you want to buy from. His manner and personality are conducive and informative to selling and he is honest. This year my husband and I were looking to sell our property. We had tried to sell a couple of years earlier with no luck at all yet much cost involved. When we listed this time we listed with Adam. We knew we were in good hands right from the outset. He kept costs down and sold the property within weeks! He inspires trust and our experiences with him supports this belief . I knew he would sell our property because I would buy from him! Absolute professional through and through. Look no further...
