We can highly recommend Adam and his team at Xceed Real Estate - and urge you to use them for the sale/purchase of your home. Adam and his team have made the sale of our home so stress free and they were always so helpful and professional and friendly. Nothing was ever too much trouble and if we needed anything they were only a phone call away to sort out our enquiry immediately. It goes without saying that we would definitely use Adam and Xceed again and look forward to our next collaboration.

Thank you Adam for all your help in the sale of our home. You and Kellie took a lot of stress from us as you guided us through to settlement

Adam was extremely helpful and professional from the beginning and never pressured us with any decion making. He was very knowledgeable about our current market and realistic with his appraisal unlike some others. We have no negative comments to make about Adam and Xceed in regards tot he sale of our home. They were all very helpful and insightful. I have no doubt that had we not had the benefit of using Adam to sell our home, we would have received at least 5 - 8% less. We are very grateful to Adam for his efforts and extremely pleased with the results.

We found Adam and Kellie to be very professional. They kept us up to date regularly throughout the sale process. Everything went smoothly. Would highly recommend him to anyone selling their property.

Adams was great through the whole process really helpful and accommodating.

Adam and Kellie were continuously professional and helpful throughout the settlement process, communicating with us frequently and answering any questions. It was a very positive experience and we love our new home!

Excellent and great work

Adam was really helpful from start of process of writing contract and explaining everything that was on contact document. Adam was really accommodative even during his family holiday to provide support. Kellie provided great back office support and even going to seller for queries to provide quick response. Thank you Adam and Kellie for making our journey memorable.

My husband and I purchased our home through Adam over 5 years ago. A drastic change in circumstances meant I had to sell, and I contacted Adam as I'd been impressed by his professionalism then. Adam was kind, considerate, helpful and supportive. He guided me through the whole process with good humour and compassion. I sincerely hope not to need his services again! But if I do have to sell, I would choose Adam to represent me.

Adam & Kellie were outstanding from start to finish. From the great advice in terms of how to sell and market our house for auction, through to the auction itself (which achieved a fantastic result), and then the continued comms and liaising the with buyer and settlement agents until completion. They were on the ball and took all the stress out of the process. Absolute dream team, could not recommend them more highly.

Adam sold our house within a short time frame, achieving the best results, kept us personally informed throughout the process and was friendly and knowledgeable and put us at ease knowing the sale was in very safe hands.

Adam and Kellie are a great team. They are very knowledable, helpful and combined well to create an excellent experience in purchasing our son his first home.
