Extremely Helpful and got the Result

Adam was extremely helpful and professional from the beginning and never pressured us with any decion making. He was very knowledgeable about our current market and realistic with his appraisal unlike some others. We have no negative comments to make about Adam and Xceed in regards tot he sale of our home. They were all very helpful and insightful. I have no doubt that had we not had the benefit of using Adam to sell our home, we would have received at least 5 - 8% less. We are very grateful to Adam for his efforts and extremely pleased with the results.
