All agents' primary interest is satisfying the vendor, the party who ultimately pays them. Adam though gave us all the attention we wanted as buyers, following up on promises to get information 100% of the time. Extremely courteous. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble. Trustworthy we think to the extent he is always truthful, but like all Agents, probably cannot be relied upon to tell the whole truth in the interest of protecting the vendor's interests. Nevertheless, if you are buying through Adam, you can expect both good service and an adequate degree of openness if you think to ask all the right questions. Recommended.
